For all programs, we are looking for community involvement! Please fill out our get involved form so we know you are interested in making an in-kind gift or volunteering. Here are some suggestions of items that can be donated:

Food Security Garden Network

  • Wheelbarrows, shovels, rakes, and other gardening tools for lending library and family gardens

  • Organic compost, potting soil, and soil amendments

  • Watering buckets, hoses, and water wands

  • Seasonal crops

  • Lumber (2x6 or 2x8 not pressure treated) and screws for raised beds

  • Gopher guard

  • Lightweight frost blankets

Community Meeting Space

  • Large coffee urn (percolator with warming function)

  • Folding tables

  • Folding chairs

  • Storage container or off site storage

  • Paint pens

  • Native California drought tolerant plants

Scything Club

  • Scythes!
